Among other services, in the past fifteen years we have developed a specialized niche in the liquor license industry whereby we facilitate the buying and selling of liquor licenses for large corporate entities as well as for mom-and-pop establishments. We expedite the transfer of liquor licenses between seller and buyer by leveraging our established rapport with the clerks offices and police departments in various municipalities to effectively fast-track the approval process for each transfer.
Additionally, we monitor and track the processing of all documents outside of the basic liquor license transfer application, many of which are unique to each municipality.
We can procure data and/or archived documents (i.e. Municipal Resolutions or property deeds) at the County or State level that contribute to an in-depth understanding of a projects obstacles and parameters. These procedures can have a significant influence on the strategic planning and ultimate penetration of new markets both in terms of timing and cost.
Our feasibility support services expose significant issues and obstacles, such as hidden covenants local ordinance issues, and past site development problems, early in a projects life cycle which results in more accurate cost estimates during the budgeting process.
Our strong rapport with the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic and Beverage Control (ABC), together with our vast experience and knowledge of each communitys ordinances and procedures and our close physical proximity to these communities, minimizes both the time and money our customers would otherwise have to spend locating, processing, and ultimately purchasing or selling their liquor licenses. The bottom line is we have assisted many of our customers in prioritizing their efforts practically, expeditiously, and responsibly to minimize unnecessary expenses.
